It’s already known that the emerging superstar of Tamil cinema Vijay Sethupathi is essaying a pivotal role in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming film ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’. After wrapping up his portions in Rajinikanth’s ‘Petta’, the 40-year-old versatile actor has joined the sets of Sye Raa in Georgia. Helmed by Surender Reddy, the periodic-action film is bankrolled by Ram Charan with a mammoth budget of over Rs 200 crore.

A photo of Vijay Sethupathi and Kannada star Kiccha Sudeep from the shooting sets of Sye Raa is going viral on social media. Both the actors looked spot-on in their respective attires. While Sethupathi is playing the role of a Tamil-speaking guy named Obayya who is a trusted aide to Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, Sudeep will be seen as Avuku Raja.
Riding high with the back-to-back superhits of 96 and Nawab, Vijay Sethupathi is currently in top form. While Bollywood musician Amit Trivedi is composing the music for Sye Raa, ace cinematographer is cranking the camera. The film features an ensemble star cast with the likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Nayanthara, Jagapathi Babu and Tamannaah Bhatia in pivotal roles.
