What you did?
The fact is that my friend Raj lives in Canada and he has advised me to move to Canada for my higher study but before coming I must learn the basics of the French language to easily adjust in Canada as French is the second official language in this country. So, a few months ago, I Joined a French-language school in my city because it was the only option for me to learn it. I had a wonderful experience here and the credit goes to my French trainer Mr Singh.Â
How it helped you learn the language?
He had a great command over the language and with the unique style he made learning French for students easy and fun. There were around 15 students in my class which gave me the opportunity to practice my French-speaking skills. To make teaching interesting Mr Singh often make use of audiovisual aids especially, showing videos to help us learn French accent and understand French culture. In fact, there was a small library at this institute where we could sit and enjoy reading french books for hours.Â

What did you do?
Firstly, it is very difficult to find Spanish language classes because most classes are taught only in French or English. I chose to learn this language online. I felt this language was very difficult at first, but I don’t give up. I have created a strategy for learning new words. I download loo words and set a learning objective within a week. So far, I write down the meaning of each word in English as well as in Hindi so that I can easily use it in sentence form.
The second thing I did was to use a word in my everyday conversation. I also received support from technology. I bought Alexa, mainly to speak. I instructed him to speak English and Spanish. This way, I practice. I did it for three months now I’m able to understand and speak the Spanish language.

Due to the corona pandemic, my city was in a state of lockdown. I decided to learn french from the comfort of my home.

How did it help you learn the language?

In the contemporary epoch, the world has become a global village. Many countries provide free of cost education to those international students who learn their language.
What language did you learn?
There is no denying this conviction that German engineering is the best. From my childhood, I have had this dream to become a mechanical engineer by pursuing education in Germany. As it is expensive to pursue regular education from this nation. I decided to learn German to get a scholarship for free education.
What did you do?
To learn the German language, I formed a strategy. Firstly I tried to learn it on my own. Although I did understand the basics of the language by watching Youtube videos, the progress was slow.
To learn in a short time, I hired a tutor. The primary benefit of hiring a coach is that you save quality time. I worked under the aegis of a tutor for six weeks and learned the grammatical patterns and vocabulary. Slowly and steadily, I started feeling comfortable.
How did it help you learn the language?
The best benefit I got from hiring a tutor was a regular practice. Learning a language is of utmost importance. And with a trainer at your disposal, the tasks become easy.
And how do you feel about it?
In my opinion, I made the right decision by going for a tutor instead of learning myself. Moreover, acquiring knowledge of the German language has led to a paradigm shift in my confidence.
Now I believe that I can fulfil my dream of getting a quality education from Germany.
Conclusion:
The lesson I have learnt from this experience is we can learn a new language easily by studying with determination, dedication and discipline.
Introduction 6
Well, I have a keen interest in learning different languages because it connects us to different regions and cultures.
But my favorit foreign language that I learned is Spanish.
The main reason to learn this language is Spanish songs. I love them, but I was not able to understand the meaning of these songs.
So I joined a language institute in my city to learn this language, wherein at the beginning, I learnt the alphabets and pronunciation of this language.
But the main problem was that there was no one with whom I could speak Spanish in my daily life and improve my fluency.
Then I found an online application Omegle, which is a video calling app where we can talk to different people from any country.
I made my account on Omegle and started a conversation with Spanish people in passable Spanish
Passable (काम चलाऊ)
Soon I found a Spanish girl/boy. He/she was very generous. Firstly, when I talked to him/her. he/she laughed at me due to my wrong pronunciation, but later he taught me many sentence types and vocabulary of Spanish.
He taught me how to introduce myself in Spanish, after that I learned the pronunciation and meaning of the famous despacito song.
I think Within two months I learned a lot.
I am very happy that now I can easily talk in the Spanish language with anyone.
I really want to thank the Omegle application and my Spanish friend who helped me to learn my favourite language.
